Life’s a beach for Lupita Nyong’o!

The actress, 32, is all smiles while jumping in the ocean, wearing a one-piece red swimsuit that shows off her toned physique.

“#PiscesPowerCharge,” the Star Wars: The Force Awakens star captioned the vacation picture, which she posted to Instagram on Tuesday.

Nyong’o previously told PEOPLE that she exercises every day.

“I require it,” she said. “I do cardiovascular exercises at home and yoga as well. I don’t like to work out at the gym. I don’t drink coffee, so exercise every morning is key.”

The 2014 World’s Most Beautiful Woman said her diet really depends on what’s available to her with her packed schedule.

“I’ve been in hotels, so I eat what’s on the menu,” she said. “I love eggs, kale and whole fish.”

But she does let herself have an indulgence from time to time.

“I’ll have an occasional glass of champagne, and I really have trouble resisting chocolate – definitely an Achilles’ heel!”
